    OWNER

Dr. Sarah Roling grew up in the small town of Salisbury, Missouri. Growing up in a close-knit community taught her compassion, understanding and the importance of helping those around you. She credits much of her own success to the investment and encouragement of coaches, teachers, peers, and neighbors. Her role models include her mom, dad, and two older brothers, who have always been her biggest supporters. Dr. Sarah chose to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree because she wanted a career that would allow her to bring her own values to the table, while still focusing on promoting the health of individuals. Family has always been a key aspect in Dr. Sarah’s life, and she plans to keep the health of families central to her practice. Dr. Sarah achieved her Bachelors degree in Health Science at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO (go Tigers!) and her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University-Kansas City in Overland Park, KS. During her time at Cleveland, she specifically focused on the evaluation and treatment of children and prenatal/postpartum women. She had a successful practice in Fort Collins, CO for 4 years, but Mid-MO always remained home. She’s excited to be back in Mid-MO, and eager to serve the community of Mexico + surrounding areas!

In addition, Dr. Sarah and her partner— Mexico-native Jake Willer—are excited to be welcoming their first child in late February 2025. She plans to treat patients until their little man arrives then will take some time off to adjust to being a family of 3. Rest assured, Dr. Sarah will be returning to her patients early summer 2025! Thank you for your understanding and support during this exciting time of growth and change!
