Who can receive Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic care is safe for individuals of all ages and walks of life! Dr. Sarah herself has been receiving care since she was an infant. True North Family Chiropractic can treat the whole family.

Our Services

  • Chiropractic Adjustments

A gentle and specific manual maneuver that restores motion in joints. Primarily diversified and Thompson techniques.

  • Soft Tissue Techniques

Help remove adhesions in muscles and restore movement (i.e., pin and stretch, IASTM, and trigger point therapy).

  • BirthFit

A program designed for mothers (both prenatal and postnatal) to make the physical transition into motherhood go as smoothly as possible.

  • Mechanical Traction

A.k.a., “the roll-y table”, used to relax tight muscles and prepare a patient for treatment.

  • Webster Technique

A specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces interference to the nervous system and restores balance to maternal pelvic bones, muscles and ligaments. This state of balance may optimize space for baby development while decreasing pelvic tension/discomfort during pregnancy. With this optimized space, the baby has a greater chance of achieving the best possible position for birth. Optimal fetal positioning leads to a safer, easier birth.

  • Exercise Therapy

Specifically tailored exercise therapy to each individual patient that addresses muscle imbalances and encourages proper biomechanics to ensure our patients not only feel great, but function optimally as well.
